Soy Sauce Raw Crab

간장게장

Roe-rich flower crab air-flown from Korea, marinated in our house soy. Served as a set with steamed rice and a soup of your choice — kimchi jjigae or doenjang jjigae. A spicy version, 양념게장, is also available.

Galbi-jjim — short ribs braised low and slow until they slip from the bone, glossed in a deep savoury-sweet reduction with chestnut and root vegetables. Built to share across the table.
