Most lunch boxes come from a lunch-box kitchen. Ours comes from a fine-dining one. Every dosirak is cooked by the same Korean-government-certified chef, in the same Intermark kitchen Korean diplomats and embassy delegations have eaten in for over fifteen years. Nothing is dumbed down for delivery.
And it carries the one promise we have kept since 2011: no pork, no lard — ever, by any supplier. So the whole office can order the same lunch without scanning the label. To be clear, we are pork- and lard-free, not halal.
